Based in multiple counties of the Pacific Northwest, Brewe Layman P.S. is a boutique family law firm. We are currently seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our established and growing practice group. This role provides exposure to a diverse range of family law matters while working alongside seasoned attorneys in a collaborative and supportive team environment. The firm's family law group works alongside each other regularly to discuss case strategy and share insights, and attorneys benefit from an open-door culture that encourages mentorship and professional development. What We’re Looking For: At least 5+ years of family law litigation experience. Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association. Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Proven ability to handle family law matters throughout all stages of representation. Ability to manage a variety of cases independently and confidently. Experience with dissolution, legal separation, parentage, guardianship, parenting plan modifications, support modifications, and/or domestic violence protection orders highly preferred. Experience with court appearances, discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trials. Familiarity with Snohomish & Skagit County family law practice and procedures. Experience in neighboring counties (King, Island, Whatcom, San Juan) is a plus. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from $125,000 - $200,000+ DOE Employer Paid Medical with buy-up options.
