Maintenance Technician

Description of the role: The Maintenance Technician at Hampton Inn & Suites in Alton, IL is responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of the hotel facilities. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance. Inspect hotel rooms, public areas, and equipment for necessary repairs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner. Keep maintenance logs and report any major issues to the management. Requirements: Prior experience in general maintenance work. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
