Associate Director, Northeast Region - Field Reimbursement, Patient Engagement & Customer Solution (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director to lead the Northeast region's Field Reimbursement Manager team within Innovative Medicine. This field-based role manages up to 10 direct reports focused on patient access and treatment initiation across Neuroscience accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage team of up to 10 Field Reimbursement Managers with access and fulfillment responsibilities
• Create regional strategy and ensure seamless team execution of tactics in fast-paced environment
• Coach FRMs to leverage data and account management competencies to address patient access barriers
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with internal departments and external partners including Sales and Marketing
• Manage team budget and ensure strict adherence to company Credo and compliance guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years healthcare business experience, preferably in market access or reimbursement
• Knowledge of managed care, pharmacy benefits, medical benefits, prior authorization, and appeals processes
• Demonstrated leadership and performance success in prior roles
• Valid driver's license and willingness to reside in Northeast region (NY, PA, MA, RI)
• 3+ years direct people management experience preferred
• Neuroscience disease state experience preferred
