Job Details

Jobot is unique in many ways, and a large part of what sets us apart is our custom-built recruiting software! Our Senior Software Engineer: Front End will help drive the innovation and capability of our proprietary software, having a direct impact on the success of our Jobot Family's ability to provide exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

3 Things that are Needed for this Job:

• 3+ years of full stack coding experience, with an emphasis on front-end engineering
• 1+ years of Next.js (15) and tailwind experience
• Comfortability with Golang and utilizing AI tools like Claude Code for back end engineering

3 Things You will be Doing in this Job:

• Take a concept and turn it into a functional feature/design
• Work closely with stakeholders to build intuitive, scalable front-end experiences and deliver high-impact integrations with major platforms
• Help bring our product vision to life by iterating on user-facing features, ensuring smooth integrations, and continuously improving the mobile experience

3 Things that You are GREAT at about this Job:

• Hands on experience developing high volume websites, mobile apps, or SaaS products
• Knowledge of best practices and architectural principles
• Creative and technical way of thinking, with a knack for finding solutions

Where?
This role is hybrid in office Monday-Wednesday at our beautiful Jobot House in Newport Beach, CA! We are also open to hiring remote if you are EST.
