Cost Accounting Manager

Owning the costing methodology and procure-to-pay processes, the full-time remote Cost Accounting Manager will manage inventory valuation, COGS close, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Develop and defend costing methodology, including standard cost setting and variance analysis Oversee landed cost processes, ensuring accurate accruals and allocations in partnership with Supply Chain Manage inventory valuation under US GAAP and ensure inventory integrity across multiple locations Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in cost, inventory, or manufacturing accounting, preferably in hardware or medical device sectors Proven experience in accounts payable operations and external audit support for inventory valuation Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience in cross-system reconciliations Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred Familiarity with NetSuite, customs and import processes, and experience in high-growth or pre-IPO environments is a plus
