Senior Director - Consumer 360 Data & Decisioning

Serving as an execution-focused bridge between business strategy and technical implementation, this role partners directly with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements, predictive analytics, and consumer signals into scalable, governed decisioning frameworks that power seamless omnichannel activation and clear business outcomes.

Sitting within the Direct to Consumer (D2C) Data, Analytics & Insights business team, the Solution Lead will help lead the evolution of our Consumer 360 (C360) and Next Best Action (NBA) capabilities. This role partners directly with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives and consumer use cases into scalable data, analytics, and decisioning solutions, while working closely with Technology and Governance partners to deliver trusted, actionable consumer capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines strong consumer data platform experience with decisioning, analytics, delivery, and cross-functional leadership—connecting business needs with technical execution from concept through production.

• This position is based out of our Alpharetta, Georgia office.
• We believe great things happen when teams connect. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday–Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely.

What you'll do

• Capability Ownership & Strategy: Drive the roadmap, use-case prioritization, business requirements, backlog, and release readiness for Consumer 360 and decisioning capabilities, aligned to D2C business priorities.
• C360 Solution & Data Design: Partner with business and technology teams to design and implement Consumer Data Platform (CDP/C360) concepts that create trusted, actionable consumer profiles by integrating relevant data across channels and touch-points.
• Decision Engine & Rule Architecture: Architect and operationalize Next Best Action frameworks, translating commercial strategy into robust logic for real-time personalization, eligibility criteria, ranking algorithms, suppression guardrails, and cross-channel orchestration.
• Data Integration & Governance: Partner with Technology to map consumer data across touch-points, establish common identifiers, and enforce data quality, lineage, and privacy controls.
• Analytics Operationalization: Partner with analytics and data science teams to operationalize predictive insights and scores within consumer journeys and decisioning capabilities, enabling increasingly adaptive and data-driven experiences.
• Omnichannel Activation: Enable coordinated activation of consumer insights and decisions across marketing, digital, and servicing channels, including web, app, email, push, IVR, and call-center environments.
• Decision Testing, Traceability & Optimization: Establish closed-loop measurement approaches to evaluate consumer engagement, decision effectiveness, incremental business impact, and opportunities for continuous optimization.
• Technical Oversight & Delivery Governance: Partner with technology and governance teams to ensure consumer data is integrated and managed with appropriate data quality, lineage, privacy, consent, security, and governance controls.
• AI-Enabled Decisioning Evolution: Help evolve Consumer 360 and decisioning capabilities toward more adaptive, AI-enabled personalization and orchestration while maintaining appropriate governance, explainability, and business controls.

What experience you need

• Experience: 7-10+ years leading data product delivery, consumer data platforms (CDP), decisioning engines, or enterprise data integration within a business or product organization.
• 5+ years experience leading large data product teams and large integrations.
• Business-to-Tech Bridge: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to extract business logic and translate it into configurable decisioning frameworks.
• Rule Engine & Decisioning Acumen: Strong experience designing or operationalizing decisioning, personalization, or Next Best Action capabilities that use consumer data and analytical insights to drive relevant actions and experiences.
• Analytics & Data Acumen: Strong understanding of predictive analytics, segmentation, consumer behavior, measurement, and the operational use of analytical outputs within business processes and consumer journeys.
• Delivery Leadership: Hands-on experience with Agile delivery—writing business user stories and acceptance criteria, managing decision-logic backlogs, leading UAT, and optimizing rule performance post-launch.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience with marketing automation, digital activation, consumer engagement, or servicing technologies and channels.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and influence skills with a demonstrated ability to drive alignment across business leaders, product teams, analytics/data science, technical architects, engineering, and governance stakeholders.

What could set you apart

• Consumer Data Platform Experience: Demonstrated experience designing or implementing Consumer Data Platform (CDP/C360) concepts, including unified consumer profiles, multi-channel consumer data integration, segmentation, analytics, and activation of consumer insights.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, OneSignal, or comparable technologies is beneficial.
• Previous experience in similar or adjacent industry
