Senior HR Coordinator

Project Brilliance is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to support our growing ABA therapy team serving children with autism in Tampa, FL. In this role, you’ll manage recruitment, onboarding, HRIS updates, and benefits administration for center-based and in-home programs. You’ll coordinate training and credential tracking, assist with employee relations, and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws. Working closely with clinical leadership, you’ll help maintain a supportive, child-centered culture that values collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality care.
