Metro Franchising opened its doors 20 years ago and has grown into one of the largest Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins franchisees in the Regional NY Metro area. Position Requirements We are looking for Part-Time Team Members that will work the Afternoon Shift, and who will...
- Treat Guests as their #1 Priority respond to Guest needs and resolve problems with sense of urgency
- Be a Team Player communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and with respect, support your fellow Team Members
- Prepare products according to Metro's Operational standards, Quality standards and Safety standards
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas
- Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems
- Comply with all Metro's policies & procedures
- Show enthusiasm for our Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro!
