PMO Support, Strategy and Transformation Consultant

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do

As an Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Finance Operate team, you will be responsible for...

• Maintaining project trackers, logs, action items, and status reports to support day-to-day PMO operations
• Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and following up with action owners on next steps
• Consolidating project updates for weekly and monthly reporting to support leadership visibility
• Supporting document control, versioning, milestone tracking, deliverable tracking, and governance checkpoint tracking
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, including support for access requests and other administrative needs
• Escalating missing information, schedule delays, and identified risks to PMO leadership, as needed

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience supporting document control, version control, and project documentation management
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office 365
• Active Secret security clearance required
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience supporting government or public sector programs
• 2+ years of experience supporting onboarding and offboarding coordination activities
• 2+ years of experience consolidating inputs for weekly and monthly project reporting
• 2+ years of experience supporting risk, issue, or dependency tracking
