Commercial Cleaning Specialist

Perform standard cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom maintenance, and trash removal. Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively, according to training and safety guidelines. Inspect areas for safety hazards and maintenance needs, reporting any issues to the supervisor immediately. Follow a detailed cleaning schedule, ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned to KG Facility Solutions' standards. Work closely with the team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and support other team members as needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting restocking as necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment. Provide excellent customer service, respecting client premises and privacy. Qualifications: Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred, but not required. Ability to use commercial cleaning equipment and materials effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Good physical condition, able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds. Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to undergo training and comply with safety and operational guidelines. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
