Transportation Operations Coordinator (Customer Onsite)

Expeditors - 2764 Anvilblock Rd - Responsibilities: Build customer relationship and provide excellent customer service; Identify and address issues that may impact customer satisfaction; Manage the flow of goods and materials by coordinating with customers, 3pls, carriers, warehouses, and other stakeholders to streamline the supply chain process to meet KPIs and OKRs as agreed to with the client, i.e OTIF; Arrange transportation for shipments, considering factors such as cost, transit time, and mode of transport; Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and haulage companies to schedule pickups and deliveries as and when required
