$2080.80/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring high standards of patient safety and comfort. Utilize clinical expertise to monitor, assess, and implement treatment plans effectively. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders. Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition. Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and post-discharge care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans. Document patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations. Ensure infection control and safety protocols are consistently followed. Qualifications: Valid RN license with state board approval. Proven experience in a Medical-Surgical setting. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and patient management abilities. Certification in basic life support (BLS); ACLS preferred.
