Responsibilities Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments Conduct patient consultations and evaluate skin Design individualized treatment plans Accurately document patient care in a custom EMR Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor Qualifications Track A – Clinical Background Current RN license (state‑issued) 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med‑Surg) Eager to build aesthetics skills – full training provided Track B – Aesthetics Background Current RN license (state‑issued) 2+ years in aesthetics practice Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient‑centered Weekend and evening availability required Comfortable in a high‑volume clinic environment treating 15‑25 patients per day Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30‑mile radius Full‑time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week) Growth Path Comprehensive hands‑on training across all aesthetic modalities from day one Clear advancement into Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles RNs who excel become the clinical voice that shapes how we train the next wave of practitioners Compensation & Benefits LaserAway provides competitive compensation packages and a comprehensive range of benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance, a 401(k) plan with a company match, and additional ancillary benefits.
