HIRING ASAP! GENERAL PRODUCTION WORKERS Job Description

• Clean and prepare large foil sheets for reuse while following detailed production processes and quality standards.
• Assist with rubber mold production by pouring materials into molds and supporting press operations.
• Operate hand tools, mixers, and basic production equipment to support manufacturing activities.
• Lift, move, and handle materials weighing 30-50+ lbs while maintaining safe work practices throughout the shift.
• Perform packaging, production support, and general shop duties while meeting daily production goals and quality expectations.
• Work with minimal supervision, stay productive throughout the shift, and support multiple departments as needed.
• Complete basic counting, data entry, and production tracking while following established procedures and documentation requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following respirator, safety, and manufacturing standards.

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform hands-on work with attention to detail.
• Ability to frequently lift 30-40 lbs and occasionally lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience using hand tools and supporting general production or packaging operations.
• Basic math, counting, computer, and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet production goals, and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to wear a respirator and follow all required safety procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of POST FALLS, ID.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
