Quality Review Specialist

To support a growing team, the full-time Quality Review Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of client annual compliance packages and valuations while providing technical assistance and maintaining high-quality communication with internal and external clients in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Review and ensure the accuracy of annual valuations, compliance testing, and regulatory filings Communicate proactively with internal colleagues to address inquiries and provide support regarding compliance and plan qualifications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and improve operational workflows Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in third-party administration Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial services operations environment Experience with PensionPro and FTW is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360, SharePoint, and PowerPoint preferred Strong knowledge of Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and ERISA regulations
