Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs, Respiratory (Southern California and Central Valley)

We are seeking an Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs, to join our Respiratory team, supporting healthcare providers and payers in a field-based role. In this role, you will establish and maintain scientific exchange with medical specialists and decision-makers, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of clinical data on in-line and pipeline products, while collaborating with Global Medical Affairs leadership and clinical research investigators.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:• Location: Southern California (including Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura County, and the Central Valley)• Travel: Capable of engaging in frequent business travel (approximately 40-50% of the time), including air travel, overnight and occasionally on weekends.Discover your role:• Engage in scientific discussions with Healthcare Professionals and payers, aligned with Medical Affairs objectives.• Demonstrate deep scientific expertise in assigned molecules/products and therapeutic area.• Build and nurture relationships with key external scientific and medical specialists across the region.• Stay ahead of evolving healthcare trends within the Dermatology therapeutic landscape.• Shape and implement local medical strategy in line with Global Medical Affairs direction and timelines.• Support clinical research sites and investigators. • Deliver clinical and health economic information that enhances the appropriate use of our products.• Communicate scientific and clinical information ethically, accurately, and in a customer-focused manner.This role requires:• A Doctorate level clinical/science degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD) with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience (clinical, managed care, or industry)• Experience as a Medical Science Liaison within Immunology.
