Senior Network Support Engineer
Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
Role Overview
This role is responsible for supporting the design and deployment of CTI platform services and AWS/Azure database services aligned with architectural governance, standards, and policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with deployment of complex technical solutions
- Developing Terraform modules, Ansible playbooks, and automation
- Improving reliability, scalability, and efficiency of service implementations
- Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
