Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Columbus, OH

argenx

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for Rheumatology to drive demand generation and build relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers across Columbus, Dayton, and Toledo, Ohio. The role combines sales execution, account planning, and market access expertise within a dynamic biotech environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using customer and market insights
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support business objectives
Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
Identify opportunities and implement creative solutions to improve customer engagement and patient outcomes

Requirements

5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
Significant demonstrated Rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
Proven track record of consistent high sales performance against objectives
Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
Strong ability to collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of market access, specialty pharmacy, and buy-and-bill models
Bachelor's degree required; residency within assigned territory required
