Graphic Designer

Hybrid Role: Onsite work in San Francisco, Chicago, or Indianapolis 1-2 days/week. W2 Candidates only Manager Notes Must have skills: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite Optional skills: Motion, Animation This person needs to be a do-er. While conceptual work is something that the group strives for, this role in particular is for someone who can get the work done with meticulous attention to detail, speed, and a great attitude. The group needs someone who can jump in and swim immediately. Responsibilities This role will concept everything from big campaign ideas and event experiences to cohesive design themes for email campaigns and web updates. Will design creative campaigns, e-books, email materials, and social campaigns, Webpages and presentations, Immersive experiences for large in-person events. Anything else our internal clients or the creative team at large needs. Requirements In-depth portfolio Advanced working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. Working knowledge of AI workflows, specifically Google Gemini and Nano Banana. Familiarity/working knowledge of After Effects is a big plus. Promote collaboration between the client and the creative department. Develop and lead well-thought-out presentations that tell the story of the design solution. Push the envelope by promoting progressive thinking and innovation, while maintaining connective tissue to the Salesforce brand. Manage multiple projects for various clients, and work closely with project management to meet all deadlines within the contract period. Provide a point of view and express it clearly and professionally. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and understand the business and industry of our internal clients and external customers. Direct external partners by working with vendors and freelancers, in partnership with an Art Director, to provide clear creative direction and timely, helpful feedback to improve creative processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
