Job Description

Client is seeking a Product Developer to join its New Product Development team in Needham, MA. This role will focus on developing a new hair styling device from prototype to market, ensuring product quality, performance, and consumer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, conduct consumer research, evaluate product performance, and support successful product launches.

Required Qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product development, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Resourceful, dependable, detail-oriented, and well organized.
