Rebar Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team in York, PA. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in rebar detailing, project coordination, and DOT-related construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project execution, customer coordination, and fabrication scheduling while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Duties:

• Prepare and coordinate rebar placing drawings and related drafting activities.
• Manage project schedules to align customer requirements with fabrication timelines.
• Communicate with contractors to address concerns, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support DOT-related projects, including material certifications and compliance with rebar regulations and specifications.
• Coordinate project information between internal teams, customers, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Understanding of the fundamentals of drafting and coordinating rebar placing drawings.
• Knowledge of DOT project requirements, including material certifications and rebar-related regulations.
• Knowledge of ASA software is preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT blueprint styles is preferred.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: In Office
• Salary Range: $65,000–$85,000 annually
