Assistant Store Manager - Lead Store Ops & Service

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development at our Bethel location. This role involves assisting with daily store functions, organizing merchandise, and helping train and supervise Store Associates. You will help open/close procedures, manage payroll tasks, protect assets, and ensure a safe, positive environment in a fast-paced setting.
