Conduct polished, personalized tours following a structured, fair tour-assignment process. Build strong rapport with prospects and confidently close high-value leases (rents range from $6,000–$40,000/month; average ~$12,000) Convert qualified leads—appointments are set for you via AI-driven lead management. Consistently achieve and exceed performance benchmarks, including a 20%+ conversion ratio . Maintain discretion and professionalism when working with high-profile and celebrity clientele. Focus exclusively on leasing and sales— no renewals or resident issue management . Collaborate daily with a fully staffed onsite management, maintenance, and concierge team. Strong communication skills and confident executive presence are essential. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in real estate leasing, sales, or a high-end, client-facing environment. Deep familiarity with Manhattan real estate and luxury clientele. Proven ability to close high-dollar deals with professionalism and finesse. Strong sales instincts paired with emotional intelligence and discretion. Consistent performance history in a KPI-driven environment. Weekend availability to capture peak leasing traffic.
