Packaging Operations Operator 1

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of finished products.
Ensure packaging meets Quality specifications and procedural standards.
Inspect in-process components and packaging materials for defects.
Accurately complete device history records and other manufacturing documentation.
Perform simple math calculations to support batch record completion.
Participate in inventory counting and tracking activities.
Conduct routine cleaning of packaging workstations and related equipment.
Comply with all PPE and contamination control requirements (e.g., gowning).
Engage in safety audits and daily safety discussions/observations.
Properly handle hazardous waste as per regulatory guidelines.
Work collaboratively within a team to meet daily production goals.

Experience Required

Minimum of 6 months of relevant industry work experience (packaging, inspection, or similar roles).
Previous experience in a GMP-regulated or manufacturing environment preferred .

Skills & Certifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good documentation practices (GDP).
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Effective teamwork and collaboration.
Familiarity with computers and standard business software.
Willingness and ability to adapt to a dynamic production environment.

Eligibilities & qualifications

Education : High School Diploma or GED (Required).
Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including static or rotating shifts and overtime.
Must adhere to all safety and gowning procedures in a controlled environment.
Ability to handle hazardous materials according to proper guidelines.
