OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Racine, WI by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

HMD offers experienced OTR solo CDL-A dry van drivers based out of Racine, WI the chance to run reliable nationwide freight with competitive pay and professional support. Pay begins at 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles and additional bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

What you'll do:

• Operate assigned dry van on long-haul routes, maintain logbooks and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections, basic vehicle care, and report maintenance needs to our in-house shop.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing, load securement and efficient turn times.

Requirements include a valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience. Home approximately every two weeks, with full benefits and modern trucks under three years old.
