Inbound Pump Sales Specialist

Managing inbound sales calls, the full-time Inbound Pump Sales Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, assist with the Patient Information Form process, and convert sales leads while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Communicate with potential and existing customers to provide product information and support sales efforts Document customer interactions and manage the reimbursement process, ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain up-to-date knowledge of diabetes care products and competitive offerings Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-year experience in a sales support role, preferably in medical devices or technology Knowledge of diabetes therapies and durable medical equipment policies Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and handle customer inquiries over the phone Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
