The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the Foundation, ensuring it serves as a strong and effective partner to the company. This role involves leading the design and implementation of strategies, policies, and programs that advance the Foundation's vision and mission, with a focus on expanding its global impact. The Executive Director will be the primary point of contact for the Foundation's Board of Directors, overseeing the management and growth of the Foundation's asset base, and leading a team to maintain a robust fundraising engine. Key priorities for the role include accelerating the Foundation's fundraising performance, advancing a proactive, relationship-driven philanthropy strategy, and elevating the Foundation's visibility and positioning both within the company and among external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' senior leadership experience in nonprofit, philanthropic, or mission-driven organizations, with a proven track record in fundraising and development. They should possess strong financial and operational acumen, experience in leading organizational change, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. The role requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, and a commitment to the values of integrity, excellence, collaboration, and stewardship. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's or advanced degree, and professional certifications such as CFRE or CAE are also preferred. The Executive Director will be expected to travel both domestically and internationally, and must be adept at operating in a global, culturally diverse environment.
