Forklift Operator

Multiple openings available in Plainfield, Whitestown, Clayton, Greenfield, and Lebanon, IN.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time | All Shifts Available

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join warehouse and distribution teams across Central Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for competitive pay, stable employment, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment
Load and unload trucks and trailers
Move, stage, and store products throughout the warehouse
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product counts
Conduct daily equipment inspections
Follow safety procedures and warehouse policies
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Previous forklift experience preferred
Experience with stand-up, sit-down, reach truck, or cherry picker equipment is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
