SOAR Specialist: Benefits & Case Management Advocate

New Horizons is seeking a caring and compassionate SOAR Specialist in our Adult Case Management department to provide comprehensive direct support services which are structured to meet the needs of an adult population primarily composed of Serious Mental Illness and dual-diagnosed and/or referred persons who need assistance accessing benefits.
