The medical center utilizes Meditech EMR system and provides dedicated support staff including advanced practice providers and nursing personnel. About the Clinician's Workday The cardiothoracic surgeon will provide exclusive 24-hour call coverage for Ogden Regional Medical Center, a Level II trauma facility. The clinician must demonstrate expertise in both cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures, managing approximately 10-12 patients weekly with 3-5 consultations and 1-3 surgical cases. The position requires board certification or eligibility and involves no clinic responsibilities during the coverage period. Additional Job Details Case Load/PPD: Approx 10-12 PPW. Approx 3-5 consults for 7 days & 1-3 surgeries per week. usually 1 cardiac and 2-3 thoracic cases.
