Restaurant Manager (FOH)
Locations: Cedar Park, TX / Round Rock/Pflugerville, TX
Salary: $55K–$65K+ DOE
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily FOH operations and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members.
- Manage scheduling, labor, and staffing needs.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure service excellence.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Assist in achieving sales, labor, and profitability goals.
Qualifications:
- Restaurant management or leadership experience.
- Strong guest-service mindset and leadership skills.
- Experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Fast-casual or casual dining experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate:
A motivated, hands-on leader with an ownership mentality who is eager to grow into higher-level restaurant management positions and build a long-term career in restaurant leadership.
