Join us as an Area Sales Director - ATT and you won’t either.The Area Sales Director, East - Advanced Tissue Technologies position will assist and direct our sales team in with selling and marketing of the Convatec Triad Life Sciences products.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Support, develop, and implement strategic sales plansDevelop strategy for territory, pricing and discountsDirect staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programEstablish sales territories, quotas, and goalsManage hybrid sales model of direct and distribution channelsMeet with key clients and distributors, assisting sales representatives and distributors with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing dealsTrain Surgical Sales Specialists and distributors in territoryAct as liaison between sales department and other departments such as Marketing, Customer Service, Distribution, and National AccountsAnalyze and control expendituresAnalyze and communicate sales statisticsPrepare periodic sales reportCollaborate with marketing to plan advertising and trade show participationTravel expectation up to 50%Performs other related duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree requiredWound care experience preferred5-10 years’ experience within orthopedic sales5+ years’ experience medical device experience3-5 years managerial experienceMust be able to identify and manage independent distributors and contractsExperience with marketing and selling medical products, equipment, and services to hospitals, health systems, doctors, and clinicsDiscipline and excellent communication skillsExperience in leading a team of sales representativesAbility to analyze sales statistics and understand trendsAbility to determine appropriate territory pricing and develop budgets and plans for the territoryOur products make a big difference every day.
