Return Logistics Floater

Largo, FL | $15/hr | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Position Overview

Alliance Workforce is looking for a reliable and hardworking Return Logistics Floater to join our warehouse team in Largo! This is a great opportunity for someone with previous warehouse and truck unloading experience who enjoys staying active and helping wherever needed.

The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and willing to assist with a variety of daily logistics and material-handling tasks.

What You'll Do

Assist with unloading incoming trucks and moving products throughout the warehouse.
Support the returns process by sorting, organizing, and staging products.
Help keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
Assist different departments with daily warehouse needs.
Prepare products and materials for the next stage of processing.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse experience required.
Experience unloading trucks strongly preferred.
Ability to work on your feet and stay productive throughout the shift.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
No forklift experience required.
Willingness to learn and take on different responsibilities.

Schedule & Pay

Pay Rate: $15/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Location: Largo, FL
