Manager, Product Marketing - Member Experience

Netflix is a global entertainment service with 283million paid members spanning 190 countries. About the Role Netflix is rapidly expanding its Games initiative and seeks a self‑less, curious Product Marketing Manager for the Member Experience team. The role focuses on positioning and launching game‑related member experience products, driving cohesion between product, marketing, and communications teams, and enabling large‑scale, multi‑country launches. Responsibilities Develop the positioning statement for key member experience product launches. Build and align the marketing strategy for launches—including audiences, channels, and country activation. Collaborate with product and communications teams to define marketing needs and coordinate efforts across brand design, organic and paid social, partner marketing, and other functions. Work with content design to ensure consistent language and narrative across in‑service and off‑service messaging. Assess upcoming product and feature launches to identify overarching stories or position multiple launches clearly for consumers, tying them to Netflix’s overall and Games value proposition. Align on product or feature naming and brand architecture with cross‑functional teams. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in marketing or related fields, emphasizing core product marketing. Preferred product marketing experience in a gaming or entertainment company focused on member experience. Track record of partnering with product development teams to make insight‑based decisions that influence developers. Strong project management skills and ability to galvanize and influence teams across both technical and creative disciplines. Experience developing consumer messaging, positioning, and targeting for multi‑country launches. High tolerance for change and capacity to handle significant workload in a fast‑paced environment.
