We are Regency Albany, a skilled nursing community located in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We are looking for caring & compassionate resident-minded individuals to join our team. Monday - Wednesday 8:00 AM - 4:30PM On-Call Housekeeping Duties Included! As a Laundry Aide, you will assist in all aspects of laundering resident clothing and facility linens. You will:

- Fold and distribute clean linens
- Clean dryer lint screens
- Inspect mechanical lift slings and sling straps for fraying and wear
- Keep residents' closet/drawers orderly
- Minimize infections by following aseptic techniques, including blood-borne pathogens
- Relate and communicate appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Have compassion and interest in working with the senior population
- Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
