Since 2010, our mission has remained the same:Building Relationships and Independence through Determination, Guidance, and Educated Supports (BRIDGES)Position Overview:We are currently seeking an individual to work 1:1 with an individual with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). This role will combine both awake hours and sleep hours. Sleep hours are from 12:00 am to 6:00 am and will be paid at minimum wage.Key Responsibilities:Medication AdministrationLight Cleaning DutiesHelp Maintain an extremely quiet atmosphere between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.Morning prep; getting resident ready for work, packing lunches, making breakfast, morning cleaning...etc.Daily Documentation for symptomatic behaviors, activities, meals, household tasks, sleep disturbances, medication administration, and personal goals.Lock the residence and wait with the resident until they get picked up for work.Requirements/Preferences:Strong history working with individuals with disabilities: TBI, dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory care preferred.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.1:1 Direct Care: Experience with hallucinations or delusions, understanding how to navigate TBI related symptoms strongly preferred.Ability to pass and maintain a clean Minnesota Background Study is mandatory.Compensation:Awake Hours: $20.00 per hour.Sleep Hours: $11.47 per hour.Available Benefits for Qualified Part-Time Employees:Dental and Vision Insurance.Supplemental Insurance: (STD, life, accident, critical illness).Paid Time Off (PTO).Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Performance Based Wage Increases and/or Longevity Bonuses.Apply Today:Be a part of something meaningful.
