Complex Litigation Associate Attorney - Midlevel (Chicago)

This position is open to all US offices.Successful candidates will have:1. Excellent writing skills, demonstrated by experience gained through a clerkship, law review, moot court or publication;2. Experience with all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, working with experts, and trial;3. Superior academic credentials;4. Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice;5. Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues, for example contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues;6. Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.Our team works on some of the largest, most challenging matters for blue-chip companies worldwide.
