Martin Painting & Coating is hiring motivated Commercial & Industrial Painters who take pride in quality workmanship, value safety, and want to build a long-term career with an employee-owned company.

• Prepare, clean, and maintain surfaces for painting and coating.

• Apply coatings using brush, roller, and spray equipment.

• Perform commercial and industrial painting on a variety of surfaces.

• Safely work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.

• Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and respirators.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

• Reliable transportation.

• Commercial or industrial painting experience preferred.

• Must be clean-shaven to safely wear a respirator when required.

• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work well as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
