Position: ER Physician (Permanent) Location: Elma, WA 98541, USA Pay: $325,000 – $375,000 per year (based on experience) Schedule: 12-hour ED shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Full-time permanent role Position Summary & Responsibilities: Provide emergency medical care in a high-acuity ED setting Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and critical patients Perform emergency procedures and initiate treatment plans Collaborate with nursing, specialty teams, and support staff Requirements: Minimum 1 year emergency medicine experience (preferred) MD or DO required for Physician role Active board certification/eligibility in Emergency Medicine (preferred) State licensure requirements apply (Washington State) CV, credentials, and clinical documentation required #J-18808-Ljbffr HiredFirst
