Senior Creative Strategist

To drive performance-driven creative strategy across paid social channels for health and wellness products, the full-time Senior Creative Strategist will own the strategic direction of creative, translating business goals and performance insights into scalable frameworks while managing the development of high-performing direct response social ads. Key responsibilities Evolve creative strategy frameworks based on performance feedback and translate data into actionable creative briefs Lead the development of high-quality creative briefs and ensure alignment with performance goals and brand voice Own ideation and execution of UGC-style ad concepts, guiding editors and sourcing creators for optimal conversion Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in DTC, paid social creative strategy, and/or UGC strategy, particularly in the health and wellness sector Proven track record of developing high-performing paid social creative with case studies Deep understanding of UGC-style content and platform-native trends, especially on TikTok and Meta Experience in owning creative strategy and connecting performance data to creative decisions Strong script, brief, and concept writing skills focused on conversions
