    1. Able to lead others through exemplary work habits.2. Able to properly demonstrate and teach store functions and activities.3. Able and willing to help identify store strengths and weaknesses.4. Able and willing to offer solutions to store problems.5. Able to organize and prioritize shift work.6. Demonstrate Leadership qualities.7. Demonstrate good judgment.8. Supports Company decisions and policies.9. Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Company policies.10. Maintains above average levels of cleanliness and service.11. Able to effectively direct others.12. Able to effectively relay messages from management to co-workers..13. Promotes Team work in the store.14. Follows cash handling procedures exactly as described by policy.15. Demonstrates Proficiency in all store reporting paperwork.16. Effectively and consistently accomplishes goals set forth by the Team Leader.17. Able to correct others in a positive and productive manner.18. Follows directions of company policy and the Team Leader.19. Is able to identify problems and institute solutions with little direction.20. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the store reporting process.21. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of store operating procedures.22. Accurately and consistently processes all invoices when scheduled.23. Maintains and follows proper chain of command.24. Provides positive direction to others.25. Demonstrates the capacity to thoroughly and properly train others.

Requirements

Required Skills, 1. Able to lift 50 pounds Abilities,2. Able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more) and Characteristics:3. Able to effectively communicate( in English) verbally and in writing 4. Able to work in a team 5. Willing to do repetitive work 6. Honest 7. Dependable 8. Neat appearance and presentation of self to others
