Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines. Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree from a PTA program. Experience: Rehab or acute care experience preferred.
