Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Analyst to support their Human Resources, IT, and Business Administration functions. manages and enhances SES Space & Defense’s HR systems, primarily ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors. This role combines day-to-day system administration with technology-driven initiatives focused on automation, AI, and process improvement. Working closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams, you will streamline workflows, improve reporting, maintain data integrity, and help deliver a better employee experience. Success requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance operational support with strategic technology projects.
