Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and will play a vital role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales growth. Your enthusiasm for automotive sales combined with excellent communication skills will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment focused on high-end B2B (business-to-business) and retail automotive sales. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while contributing to our dealership’s success. Base Salary with Commision and bonus options

Duties

• Engage with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions to promote automotive sales
• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable automotive options and financing solutions
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, follow-ups, and client communication
• Assist in upselling additional products such as extended warranties or service packages to enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management and deal closing efforts
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track interactions, manage client data, and document sales activities
• Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication, public speaking skills, and professional phone etiquette

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales within the automotive industry or retail environment
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
• Knowledge of automotive financing options and inventory control processes
• Experience with CRM software and retail math for accurate deal closing calculations
• Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, client communication, and phone etiquette
• Dealership experience or passenger car sales background is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently while supporting team goals in a fast-paced setting
