COTA - Travel Contract

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a great facility. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you'll help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of OTA experience required
• Long term care or rehab experience required
• COTA license required

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8-hour shifts
• Start time must be before 6AM and no later than 10AM
• 35 guaranteed work week hours
• No weekends

Location Highlights

Potosi offers a quieter small-town setting in southeast Missouri with access to outdoor recreation and regional attractions. Washington State Park is about 15 miles from Potosi and features petroglyphs and hiking trails, while Mark Twain National Forest surrounds much of the region with camping and scenic drives. St. Louis is roughly 75 miles northeast and provides access to Gateway Arch National Park, major dining districts, and professional sports venues. The area also includes nearby Missouri Mines State Historic Site in Park Hills, about 30 miles away, and Elephant Rocks State Park, about 45 miles southwest, which appeals to travelers who prefer nature-focused days off.
