Are you a Training Specialist, Learning & Development Coordinator, or Training Administrator looking to join a global company where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape the development of a growing workforce?

This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry-leading manufacturer that is investing heavily in employee development. You'll become part of a newly expanding training team, taking ownership of engaging training programs while working with employees across the business.

You'll deliver classroom-based training, coordinate learning initiatives with supervisors, maintain training records, and manage the company's Learning Management System to ensure employees continue developing their skills. Previous manufacturing experience is welcome but not required.

The Role:

• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training programs
• Coordinate training with supervisors, HR, EHS, and Operations
• Manage and maintain the AG5 Learning Management System
• Monday-Friday days with occasional flexibility to support alternate shifts

The Person:

• Previous experience delivering employee training or learning programs
• Comfortable using learning management systems and maintaining training records
• Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills
• Manufacturing experience is advantageous but not required
