Logistics Operator

What You'll Do Receive, pick, pack, and move materials Prepare customer orders for shipment Weigh and label materials accurately Maintain accurate inventory records Prepare shipping and customer documentation Enter transactions and orders into SAP and other systems Assist with scheduling shipments and working with carriers Participate in physical inventory counts Operate forklifts, stackers, and overhead cranes as needed Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED 1–2 years of shipping, receiving, material handling, or similar experience preferred Basic computer and inventory system experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and communication skills Reliable and safety-focused Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and other lifting equipment Monday–Friday schedule with weekends and major holidays off Competitive pay Paid on-the-job training Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with Safe Harbor Company Match Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program Why Checon?
