Job Overview Full‑time Branch Ambassador – DC Cluster Responsibilities Welcome customers and share product knowledge to create an extraordinary banking experience. Perform a wide variety of transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation. Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, ensuring compliance with audit and security policies and federal regulations. Assist customers with technology challenges and showcase the mobile and online experience using branch laptops and iPads. Collate expertise from other banking professionals to guide customers toward their financial goals. Support customers across all branch areas, rotating as needed to meet customer demand. Educate customers on additional banking channels, products and services. Collaborate with teammates, inspiring and being inspired while continuously learning. Travel between branches in the assigned local area to support the market. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer‑service experience. At least 6 months of cash‑handling experience. Associate’s degree (preferred). At least 2 years of retail, sales, or banking experience (preferred). Salary Washington, DC: $48,048 – $48,048 annually.
