Archer's Tavern is looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our two Dayton-area locations. We're a growing, locally owned restaurant group that believes great leadership starts with a great work-life balance which is why this role runs on a 5-day workweek, not the industry-standard six.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience
• Lead, schedule, and develop a team of hourly staff, holding the team accountable to service and quality standards
• Manage labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to hit budget targets
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Partner with ownership on staffing, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements
• Step in on the floor during peak hours to support the team and guests directly

What You Bring

• 2 years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong grasp of P&L basics, labor management, and inventory control
• Working knowledge of POS systems (Toast experience a plus)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A guest-first mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality
