Join our team and keep production running smoothly! We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our dynamic manufacturing environment. Troubleshoot and program PLCs and robotics. Maintain systems including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulics, and injection molding. Ensure compliance with 5S principles, ISO standards, and safety protocols. Support facility maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical). What We’re Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED; Technical Trade School preferred. Skills: PLC programming and troubleshooting Robotic programming knowledge Electrical, pneumatic, hydraulics expertise Welding, milling, grinding experience a plus Certifications: Forklift operation and Lock-out/Tag-out knowledge. Languages: English required; Spanish or German a plus. Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for entire shift, and work in varying temperatures. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-noise environment with changing priorities. Must adhere to strict safety protocols and wear PPE at all times. ✅ Ready to take the next step?
